Arriving at Antalya Airport: How the Meet-and-Greet Works

You have landed at Antalya Airport, collected your bags and walked through the doors into arrivals. This is the moment most travellers dread a little: the crowd, the signs, the people calling out hotel names. With a private transfer, that moment is short. Here is exactly what happens.

Where your driver waits

Your driver waits inside the terminal, at arrivals, holding a sign with your name on it. You do not have to find a desk, a counter or a car park. Walk out of baggage claim, look for your name, and you are done. If you cannot see the sign straight away, the phone number in your booking confirmation reaches us directly.

Why we ask for your flight number

When you book, you can enter your flight number. We use it to track your flight, so the driver is there for the actual landing time, not the time printed on your ticket. If the plane is early, the driver is early. If it is late, the driver waits — up to two hours after landing, with no extra charge.

From the sign to the car

Once you have met, you go straight to the vehicle with your luggage. The car is yours alone: this is not a shared shuttle, so there is no waiting for other passengers and no stops at other hotels on the way. You leave when you are ready.

What to have ready

• Your booking code from the confirmation e-mail, in case you need to contact us.
• Your hotel name or address. If you chose a town or village rather than a hotel when booking, we already asked you for the exact address.
• Nothing to pay in advance. The fare was fixed when you booked; you pay the driver in cash at the end of the ride, in the currency you saw at booking.

Antalya Airport has more than one terminal

International flights use Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, and domestic flights use a separate domestic terminal. You do not need to know which one you are landing at: your flight number tells us, and the driver waits at the arrivals area of the terminal your flight actually uses.

If something goes wrong

It rarely does, but if you cannot find each other, call or message the number in your confirmation. Because your driver is tracking the flight, the most common reason for a missed meeting is a passenger walking out of a different exit — a quick call solves it.
