Airport transfer FAQ

The questions we are asked most often about airport transfers, answered. If you cannot find yours, write to us and we will get back to you shortly.

How does the airport meeting work?

Your driver waits inside the terminal holding a sign with your name. For pick-ups from the airport we need your flight number and arrival time when you book; we use them to track the landing — you meet at arrivals and go straight to the car with your luggage.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight by its number; your driver comes according to the actual landing time and waits for you for up to 2 hours. You pay no extra charge for waiting caused by a delay.

How is the price calculated?

The price depends on the distance and is charged per vehicle, not per person. It is fixed when you book and does not change on the way. There is no prepayment — you pay the driver at the end of the ride.

Do you operate at night?

Yes, we run 24/7, including night and early-morning flights. The price is the same at any hour.

Can I get a child seat?

Yes. Write it in the notes field when booking and we prepare the car with a child seat.

How many passengers and bags fit?

Our vehicles range from 3-seat sedans to a 12-seat minibus that takes 12 passengers and 8 bags. Since pricing is per vehicle, your whole group travels for one fare.

How do I pay?

No prepayment and no card details are needed. You pay the driver in cash at the end of the transfer — in euros (preferred), US dollars or Turkish lira.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Yes, cancellation is always free. Because we take no prepayment, you never have to deal with a refund process. So that the driver does not set out for nothing, we kindly ask you, if possible, to let us know at least 1 day before the transfer.

Do you pick up from Gazipaşa Airport (GZP)?

No. We serve Antalya Airport (AYT) only — there are no pickups from Gazipaşa.

Is there Uber in Antalya?

Yes, but as Uber Taksi: the app calls a taxi and shows a price before you travel. On 10 October 2026 it offered a single-price Discounted Taxi for up to 4 passengers and a Yellow Taxi with a price range. Uber's own Antalya pages describe the licensed yellow taxi, and we found no source for UberX or Black in Antalya. A group of 5–6 would normally need two cars.

Is a private transfer cheaper than a taxi or Uber in Antalya?

Not always, and we say so openly. For short city rides we expect a taxi or Uber Taksi to be cheaper, by our meter estimate; we did not ask Uber about those routes. In our check of the Uber app on 10 October 2026 (pickup in Aksu, up to 4 passengers), Uber's quote was lower or about level on four of the six routes it priced, and our fixed price was lower on the other two. For groups of 5–6 who need two cars, one V-Class was cheaper on all six. Uber's prices can differ at another time, our prices can change too, and we are not affiliated with Uber.
