DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we inform you how we process your personal data. Updated October 2026.

Personal data processed

  • Identity data: full name and, for the other passengers travelling with you (children included), their full names, which are provided by the person making the booking
  • Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number and country code
  • Customer transaction data: booking record, pick-up and drop-off point, transfer date and time, number of passengers, flight number and flight time, preferred payment method, booking note
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, on-site activity logs

Purposes of processing

  • Conclusion and performance of the contract for the airport transfer service
  • Confirmation of the booking and communication with the customer
  • Monitoring of the flight so that the transfer is carried out at the correct time
  • Fulfilment of statutory retention, tax and accounting obligations
  • Measurement of service quality and assessment of marketing activities

Legal basis

Processing rests on Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for forming and performing a contract, explicit provision in law, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest. The main pairings are: forming and performing the contract for taking, confirming and carrying out your booking and tracking your flight; compliance with a legal obligation for retention, tax and accounting duties and for the driver's obligation to report the passenger list. Measurement and advertising cookies rest solely on your explicit consent.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to the suppliers that provide our hosting and server functions (İlkbyte, Netinternet Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş.), database (Supabase), e-mail delivery (Resend) and bot protection and e-mail forwarding (Cloudflare); to the Google services we use for the operational management of bookings (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts); to measurement providers — Google and, only on our Russian-language pages, Yandex Metrica (Russia); and to public authorities on lawful request. The head offices of Resend, Cloudflare and Google are in the United States and Supabase's contracting company (Supabase Pte. Ltd.) is in Singapore; our database is hosted in the European Union (France), the site's pages and server functions run on our server in Türkiye, and the site's content is delivered directly from that server. If you do not consent to cookies, the Google tag still loads: it sets no cookies but sends cookieless signals that include your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing. Measurement and advertising cookies are used only with your explicit consent. Transfers abroad are subject to the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK; please contact us for further information. The transfer to Russia relies on separate, explicit consent that you may withdraw at any time.

Method of collection

Your personal data is collected by partly automated means through the booking form you complete on the website and through the conversations and correspondence you have with us by telephone, e-mail and messaging applications.

Your rights under Article 11

How to apply

Send your request to info@totaltransferantalya.com or in writing to the address above. We answer free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If you receive no reply within thirty days, if you find the reply inadequate or if your application is refused, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) within thirty days of learning of the reply and in any case within sixty days of your application.
