Is There Uber in Antalya? How It Works, App Prices We Checked and When a Fixed-Price Transfer Can Be Cheaper

Yes, Uber works in Antalya as a taxi app. See the prices its app showed on 10 October 2026 and when a fixed-price transfer can be cheaper.

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

Is there Uber in Antalya? The short answer

Yes. In Antalya, Uber is a taxi-hailing app: you call a taxi and see a price before you travel. On short city rides we expect a taxi to be cheaper. In our check on 10 October 2026 (Uber app, pickup in Aksu, up to 4 passengers), Uber's quote was lower or about level on four of the six routes it priced, and Total Transfer's fixed price was lower on the other two and for groups of 5–6 who need two cars.

How Uber works in Antalya

In Antalya, Uber means Uber Taksi: you open the app, request a ride, and a taxi comes to your pickup point. Uber's own pages describe a licensed yellow taxi paid by the meter, with a minimum and maximum estimate shown before you travel; the final charge can differ. On 10 October 2026 the app offered two options: Discounted Taxi (İndirimli Taksi in the Turkish interface), for up to 4 passengers, with a single price and a label saying faster, and Yellow Taxi (Sarı Taksi), with a lowest and a highest price. We do not know how the two differ beyond what the app shows.

Uber Türkiye's general manager said in December 2024 that the taxi product was running in 10 cities, Antalya among them.

Is Uber available at Antalya Airport (AYT)?

Yes. You can order Uber Taksi at Antalya Airport (AYT), and the app shows the meeting point. Uber's page describes the service as running 24/7 but notes that airport pickup may not be available at all hours.

How much does Uber cost from Antalya Airport?

It depends on the destination. On 10 October 2026 the Uber app priced a Discounted Taxi from a pickup in Aksu at about €47 to Kemer and about €116 to Mahmutlar. Uber's own Antalya Airport page quotes, at the time of writing, an average of about 1,450 TL, roughly €26, for a typical 28-minute trip from the airport over six months. The page is undated, so treat it as a rough guide. We found no published fixed price for leaving the airport.

Uber app prices on 10 October 2026

Between 08:34 and 08:36 on 10 October 2026, our team asked the Uber app for prices on six routes. The pickup was an address in Aksu, the district where the airport is, not the terminal, so a ride from the airport could be priced differently. Euro amounts use €1 = 55.21 TL (Turkish central bank, 9 October 2026). Our price is per vehicle: a Premium Van (Mercedes V-Class) for up to 6 passengers and 4 suitcases.

  • Kemer: Discounted Taxi 2,612 TL (about €47); Yellow Taxi 2,611–3,456 TL (about €47–63); ours €65 for the whole V-Class.
  • Tekirova: Discounted Taxi 3,268 TL (about €59); Yellow Taxi 3,268–4,332 TL (about €59–78); ours €70.
  • Side: Discounted Taxi 3,053 TL (about €55); Yellow Taxi 3,052–4,044 TL (about €55–73); ours €60.
  • Okurcalar: Discounted Taxi 4,363 TL (about €79); Yellow Taxi 4,362–5,791 TL (about €79–105); ours €65.
  • Adrasan: Discounted Taxi 4,610 TL (about €83); Yellow Taxi 4,609–6,120 TL (about €83–111); ours €85.
  • Mahmutlar: Discounted Taxi 6,424 TL (about €116); Yellow Taxi 6,424–8,540 TL (about €116–155); ours €85.
  • Kaş and Kalkan (tried on 10 October 2026): the app showed no price for either, which our team assumes is because of the distance; we have not confirmed that with Uber. Ours is €130 to Kaş and €145 to Kalkan.

Uber's prices can differ at another time or pickup point, and ours can change too. A private van and a taxi are different levels of service, so this compares price only.

Short routes: meter estimates, no Uber quotes

We did not ask Uber about the nearest destinations, so for those we have only meter estimates. They use the taxi tariff the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality council set in March 2026, which we know only from local news: 40 TL to start plus 50 TL per km in the five central districts (including Konyaaltı and Aksu), and 60 TL plus 70 TL per km in outer districts such as Kemer and Alanya. We found no source saying which applies to a taxi leaving the airport, so we show both, central tariff first, for one taxi with up to 4 passengers.

  • Lara, 13.8 km: about €13 on the central tariff or €19 on the outer-district tariff; ours €35.
  • Konyaaltı, 23.3 km: about €22 or €31; ours €40.
  • Belek, 33.3 km: about €31 or €43; ours €50.

In the city, a taxi should be clearly cheaper: for Lara and Konyaaltı, our fixed price is about 1.8 to 2.7 times the central-tariff estimate, and we would rather you know that.

Uber, taxi or private transfer: which is cheaper?

The Uber figures come from one morning, with a pickup in Aksu and 1–4 passengers.

  • Lara, Konyaaltı and Belek: we expect a taxi or Uber Taksi to be cheaper, by our meter estimate. We did not ask Uber about these routes.
  • Kemer, Tekirova, Side and Adrasan: Uber's Discounted Taxi quote was lower than our fixed price or about level. The gap was largest at Kemer (€47 against our €65) and smallest at Adrasan (€83 against our €85).
  • Okurcalar and Mahmutlar: our fixed price was lower: €65 against €79 and €85 against €116.
  • Kaş and Kalkan: no Uber price was shown, so we could not compare.
  • Distance alone does not decide it: Adrasan (about 104 km from the airport) is farther than Okurcalar (about 97 km), yet Uber's quote there was about level with ours. For routes we did not check, compare both prices.
  • Groups of 5–6 would normally need two cars. On all six routes Uber priced, one V-Class cost less than two Discounted Taxis, if two cars are free at the same time: about €111 against €60 to Side and about €233 against €85 to Mahmutlar.

How our transfer works

Total Transfer offers a VIP service from Antalya Airport in a Mercedes V-Class.

  • A private vehicle and driver for your group, with a fixed price per vehicle rather than per person, set in advance with no prepayment.
  • You pay the driver in cash at the end of the ride, euros preferred.
  • Your driver waits inside the terminal with a sign showing your name and tracks your flight. If it is delayed, waiting is free for up to 2 hours.
  • Free cancellation, and the service runs 24/7.

Send a request with your route and flight details and our team will confirm it.

Does Uber work all the way to Alanya, Kaş or Kalkan?

As far as Alanya, yes: on 10 October 2026 the app priced Mahmutlar, in the Alanya area about 138 km from the airport, at 6,424 TL (about €116). For Kaş and Kalkan it showed no price when we tried, which our team assumes is because of the distance; we have not confirmed that with Uber.

Can I pay for Uber in Antalya by card?

Yes, according to Uber's pages, which list both cash and card payment. With our transfer there is no prepayment, and you pay the driver in cash, euros preferred.

Can 6 people fit in one Uber in Antalya?

Usually not. A typical car takes 4 passengers and 2–3 suitcases, so 5 or 6 people would normally need two cars. Our Mercedes V-Class takes 6 passengers and 4 suitcases.

Is Uber cheaper than a regular taxi in Antalya?

We cannot say for certain, and the final charge can differ from what the app shows. On 10 October 2026 the Discounted Taxi prices for Kemer, Side and Tekirova were about 10 to 16 percent below our central-tariff meter estimates for the same destinations (3,105, 3,380 and 3,810 TL). The pickup was in Aksu, not the airport, and against the outer-district tariff the gap would be larger. We have not compared real meter rides.

Is there UberX or Black in Antalya?

Not as far as we can tell. Uber's own Antalya pages describe the yellow taxi, and we found no source for UberX or Black in Antalya.

Are there other taxi apps in Antalya?

Yes. BiTaksi is a taxi app used in Antalya, and Yandex Go has been available there since December 2024.

How much is a taxi or Uber from Antalya Airport to Side?

In the Uber app on 10 October 2026, for a pickup in Aksu, the Discounted Taxi price to Side was 3,053 TL (about €55). Total Transfer's fixed price from Antalya Airport to Side is €60 per vehicle. The pickup points differ, so treat the gap, about €5 in Uber's favour for 1–4 passengers, as a rough guide.

About these figures

This is one check on a single morning, not an average. Euro amounts are rounded to whole euros, so totals for two cars (twice the lira price, converted) can differ by a euro from doubling a rounded figure.

The meter estimates for Lara, Konyaaltı and Belek are our own calculation from route distances and the March 2026 tariff. They are not Uber quotes, and they use only the opening fee and the per-km rate.

As of 9 October 2026, taxi drivers have asked for a higher tariff (60 TL to start plus 80 TL per km on the central tariff), and the council is due to discuss it on 12 October. Tariffs, Uber's prices and our prices can change.
