How You Pay for Your Transfer: Cash to the Driver, No Prepayment, Your Currency

People are rightly careful about paying for something in a country they have not reached yet. Our answer to that is simple: you do not pay until the ride is over. Here is how the money side works, in the order you will meet it.

When you book: nothing

Booking does not take a payment. There is no deposit, no card pre-authorisation and no card form at all. You fill in the transfer details and receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking code. Because we have taken nothing, there is also nothing to refund if your plans change — cancellation is always free.

The price is fixed when you book

The fare is calculated from the distance to your destination and is charged per vehicle, not per person. The amount you see on the booking page is the amount you pay; it does not change with traffic, time of day or the route the driver takes. Night transfers cost the same as daytime ones.

Choose the currency you want to see

You can switch the currency at the top of the page — euro, US dollar, pound, Turkish lira and more. Whatever currency you are viewing when you book is the currency of your fare: it is recorded with your booking, it appears on your confirmation e-mail, and it is the currency the driver expects. If you booked in dollars, you pay in dollars; the amount does not get recalculated later when exchange rates move.

At the end of the ride: cash to the driver

You pay the driver in cash when you arrive at your hotel — or, for a return transfer, when you reach the airport. The driver does not take cards. Please have the amount ready; airport cash machines exist, but it is easier to bring the right cash from home.

What is included

• The whole vehicle, for your party only — no sharing.
• The driver waiting at arrivals with a name sign, and up to two hours of waiting after landing if your flight is late.
• Any luggage that fits the vehicle you chose. If you turn up with much more than you told us, an extra vehicle may be needed and that is charged separately — so tell us your bag count honestly when booking.

What is not a hidden extra

There are no booking fees, no airport meeting fees and no night surcharge. If a number is not on your confirmation, it is not something you owe.
