Flight Delayed or Early? What Happens to Your Antalya Airport Transfer
We track your flight by its number. Here is what that means in practice when your plane is late, early, or rebooked — and what you need to do (usually nothing).
Delays happen. Summer thunderstorms, a late inbound aircraft, a slot at the departure airport — none of it is in your control, and none of it should cost you your transfer. Here is how we handle the three situations travellers ask about most.
Your flight is delayed
When you enter your flight number at booking, we track that flight. Your driver does not go by the arrival time on your ticket; the driver goes by the actual landing time. If your flight lands two hours late, the driver arrives two hours late — and then waits for you, up to two hours after landing, at no extra charge.
You do not need to call, message or rebook. The only thing that matters is that we have the correct flight number.
Your flight is early
The same tracking works in the other direction. If you land ahead of schedule, the driver is at the terminal for the earlier time. This is the most common surprise for people used to shuttles: with a private transfer, early is fine.
Your flight is cancelled or rebooked
If the airline moves you to a different flight, send us the new flight number as soon as you have it — by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, using the number in your confirmation. We track the new flight instead. Because we take no prepayment, there is nothing to refund and nothing to re-pay; the booking simply follows you.
If your trip is cancelled altogether, cancellation is always free. We only ask, if possible, to be told a day ahead so that the driver does not set out for nothing.
The two-hour wait, explained
After your flight has landed, the driver waits up to two hours. That covers a long walk from a remote stand, a passport queue, a slow baggage belt and a stop at the shop — all of it. It does not run from the scheduled time but from the real landing time, so a delay does not eat into it.
What to do before you fly
- Check that the flight number in your booking is the one on your boarding pass.
- Save the contact number from your confirmation in your phone.
- That is all. Land, collect your bags, find your name on the sign.
